I HAVE no problem with the PA rescue connection. You reach in from the west,  I'll reach in from the east. According to the news there are still 4,999 kennels in PA that need to be shut down. Makes me  !@#$

From the article:

Yet, here we are halfway through 2009 & the place is just now being shut down.  I wonder what 800 "animals" includes?  That can't be all dogs, otherwise, what happened to the other 550??
