oh yes, just this morning i completely forgot i even had dogs.      how is it possible?!  grrrrrrrr

aww he is a beauty  he is  and all the other pure bred dogs in shelters are the reason i am so worried about breeding have passed ranza 2 times already  because how can i be sure that a pup i breed wouldnt end up in a shelter  is he micro chipped  ?   well he is a very nice male i like him people are asses  how could u forget about ur dog  man     i am planning a foster  soon unless something happens for the better  for the person and there dog  i hope he gets the forever home he deserves and needs  and dont forget  u can call me email me text me  im here if u need  to talk  im sorry about u having to take him back  were you planning on adopting him or just fostering   you know  and inserts evil smile  if u told ur hubby u were just fostering till u found his perfect home he may just have got  use to and or loved him like u do    just a thoought for next time  and i always tell people its best to foster because that leaves u an avenue if  the dogs not for u  u can play a role in finding that perfect home call if u need to talk

Hi all

I work at a city run shelter in Indianapolis, IN.  We currently have a beautiful blue male that is in dire need of a foster or a forever home.  I don't know much about his last year or 2 or life (I'm guessing he's between 1 and 2 yrs old) but I can tell you what I do know.  He was very stressed in the kennel.  He never growled or barked, just gave me those sad scared eyes.  I took him outside and the first time I saw him wag his tail is when he saw my 6 yr old daughter.  It took about 5 mins in the run with him before he acknowledged me and after that he didn't want me to leave his side.  I introduced him to my daughter (6) and my son (12) and he took to them immediately.  He is a little hesitant around some men, but not aggressive.  We also did a dog on dog evaluation and he was not interested in the dog at all.  I brought him home and he was interested in my cat and I noticed he has quite a nose.  He would be great at tracking.  He is very responsive, wants to please and takes correction well.  I think someone had him in at some point because I believe he is potty trained.  He may have had some trainging, but he definitely needs a refresher and lots of love.  I spoke with the ACO (the one who picked him up) this morning and she told me how he got there.  He was chained in someone's backyare, jumped a 6 ft privacy fence and got wrapped up around the neighbors tree.  The neighbor was taking out the trash (after dark) and the dog barked at him and called animal control.  The previous owner stated she kept him tied out back for protection and she had only had him for 3 days.  She also said she forgot he was out there.    I guess the people before forgot about him too, he only weighs 77 lbs.  If you are interested please send me an email at wright9802@yahoo.com or call me at 317-753-8841.
