I met the dogs this evening...and I was very impressed.  I was expecting dogs trying to disappear into the corner of their kennel and they were not that.  They were a bit leash shy but once they were on they were fine.  I spent a little time with each of them and they were nice dogs.  The female is much more reserved than the male and she was a little camera shy, but she was not aggressive at all.  She was walked by other dogs and showed no signs of aggression, but did snap when my foster dog got too close to her kennel.  The male, well I just loved him.  He walked by several dogs in their kennels and didn't seem to pay them any attention.  I think he was just happy to be out of his.  He was very friendly and took treats gently.  He did flinch to the touch on occasion, but didn't turn to see what it was.  He let me look at his teeth and that really told me nothing LOL  I don't think they are as old as they think.
